With 35+ years working in highly regulated industries, including the last 20 years in Life Science, David is an accomplished business leader with specialisms in Operations, Operational Excellence, Transformation and General Management.

David has led multi-site operations spanning several countries including UK, US, Singapore, China, Switzerland, France and the Netherlands. This experience was gathered in both large global blue-chip companies, as well as medium-sized Private Equity owned enterprises.

David has a particular skill-set in analysing complex problems, developing workable solutions and then mobilising all levels of the business behind a single vision, to achieve world-class business results and customer service ratings.

His mission, as a supportive business partner, is to help organisations navigate periods of challenge or change, by offering a highly flexible service in line with the specific needs of that organisation.
